The only draw back to this system is that the hand histories have to be manually submitted to the customer service team in order to be verified. VIP points can be exchanged for gift items as well as entry into tournaments.

One major benefit of this loyalty programme is that points can be used to buy-in to all MTTs, including guarantees, and not just satellites.

Elite level players are treated like stars and in addition to a personal concierge service they will receive invites to exclusive 5 star parties, complete with famous faces, top food, flights and accommodation expenses.
